Allustone Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we receive and process when you use our games and applications through Facebook Instant Games, how we use that data, how long we retain it, and how you may request its deletion.

Our applications operate on the Facebook Instant Games platform. Certain Facebook interface and profile features are provided directly by Meta. Information displayed or processed by Meta as part of its own platform interface is not necessarily provided to us.

When you use our application through Facebook Instant Games with Instant Games Zero Permission Access (NEZP), our application receives and processes the Instant Games Player ID provided by Meta.

The Instant Games Player ID is a platform identifier that we use to identify a player within our application and associate that player with the correct game account and stored game progress.

We do not receive, process, or store the player's Facebook name, profile picture, email address, Facebook User ID, or Facebook friends list through Instant Games Zero Permission Access.

A player's name, profile picture, or other profile information may be displayed by Facebook as part of the Facebook or Instant Games platform interface. Such information is handled by Meta and is not provided to, processed by, or stored by our application.

In addition to the Instant Games Player ID received from Meta, we process game progress generated when you use our application. Game progress is associated with the player's Instant Games Player ID so that we can load and save the correct game progress when the player uses the application.

We use the Instant Games Player ID and associated game data only as necessary to operate and support the application. In particular, we use this data to:

Our application uses Instant Games Zero Permission Access to operate within Facebook Instant Games without requesting access to the player's Facebook profile information.

Meta provides our application with the Instant Games Player ID required to identify the player within the game. We use this identifier to connect the player's current game session with the player's game progress stored by us.

Facebook profile information that Meta may use or display as part of its own platform experience is handled by Meta. Our application does not receive or store that profile information through Zero Permission Access.

We do not sell the Instant Games Player ID or game data associated with it.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate and secure the application, comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, prevent fraud or abuse, protect our legal rights, or use service providers that process information on our behalf for the operation of the application.

Service providers acting on our behalf may process information only as necessary to provide the relevant services to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.

We store the Instant Games Player ID together with the game progress associated with that identifier for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the player's game progress and the functionality of the application.

We may retain information for a longer period where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, protect the security of the application, or enforce our agreements.

Information may remain temporarily in routine backups after deletion from active systems until those backups are overwritten or deleted in accordance with our normal backup procedures.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information processed by our application against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may request deletion of data associated with your game account at any time.

You may also remove the application using the settings provided by Facebook. Removing the application from Facebook does not necessarily delete game data already stored on our systems. To request deletion of stored game data, please submit a deletion request using the procedure described above.

After we identify the relevant game account and verify the request where reasonably necessary, we will delete the data associated with that account, including:

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or financial record-keeping obligations. Information retained for these purposes will be retained only for as long as necessary for the applicable purpose.

Allustone Inc. is based in the United States. If you use our application from another country, information processed in connection with the application may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide you with rights relating to your information, which may include rights to request access, correction, or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our application, data practices, platform functionality, or applicable requirements. When we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
